Customer Experience Specialist
Be the friendly, reassuring voice of Studio Linton and make every customer feel genuinely looked after.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you are often the first and most important point of contact our customers have with Studio Linton. You handle questions about orders, sizing, delivery, and returns with warmth and clarity, turning everyday problems into reasons for customers to trust us. This role is fully remote within Ireland, working closely with the wider team to keep our service sharp.
What you will do
- Answer customer emails and messages clearly, warmly, and on time
- Resolve order, sizing, delivery, and return questions from start to finish
- Spot recurring issues and flag them so we can fix the root cause
- Keep our help content and replies accurate and on brand
- Work with the team to keep response times fast and quality high
What we are looking for
- Based in Ireland with the right to work there
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Calm, patient, and genuinely helpful, even under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and good judgement
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or customer support is a plus

As our Social Media and Content Creator, you own how Studio Linton shows up across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. You plan and create content, build a genuine connection with our community, and use what you learn to keep getting better. You shape our brand voice, spot trends early, and help turn an engaged audience into loyal customers. This is a creative, hands on, fully remote role within Ireland with real ownership.
What you will do
- Plan, create, shoot, and schedule content across our channels
- Grow and engage our community every day
- Develop and protect a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
- Track performance and turn insights into stronger content
- Work with the wider team to keep campaigns and messaging aligned

As our E-commerce Operations Coordinator, you are the engine room of Studio Linton. You make sure orders flow smoothly from checkout to doorstep, coordinating with our fulfilment partners, keeping inventory accurate, and solving the day to day operational puzzles that keep customers happy. It is a hands on, detail driven role for someone who loves bringing order to a fast moving business, working remotely from anywhere in Ireland.
What you will do
- Oversee daily order processing and coordinate with our fulfilment partners
- Monitor stock levels and help keep inventory accurate and well organised
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
- Support product uploads, pricing, and store maintenance
- Spot ways to make our operations faster, leaner, and more reliable
What we are looking for
- Based in Ireland with the right to work there
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new tools quickly
- A calm, proactive problem solver who takes ownership
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is a plus
